Independent Provider Status & SDP Compliance

Living Well Essentials, LLC operates as an independent, community-based service provider. We are not a vendored agency with the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) or the Alta California Regional Center.

We provide Independent Living Services (ILS) to participants of the California Self-Determination Program (SDP) as an unvendored provider, as well as to private-pay clients. All SDP services are delivered in alignment with the participant’s Individual Program Plan (IPP) and are billed through the participant's designated Financial Management Services (FMS) provider under the co-employer or fiscal employer model. We maintain all required service delivery and billing records in accordance with standard California business practices and FMS guidelines.
